Guillotine League QB dilemma

Championship round, sitting at a 63% survival projection. Remaining player decision is choosing between Josh Allen and Joe Burrow. I’m considering using Allen, Cook, Barkley, JSN, Puka, and McBride for steady volume and reliable scoring, while he'll go with McCaffrey, Bijan, Achane, Chase, Maye, and Kittle — a volatile lineup that can swing big if multiple ceilings hit.
Weather and matchup lean toward Allen: Buffalo’s wind favors his rushing and short-area passing in a higher-scoring game, while Burrow plays in similar conditions but in a lower-scoring matchup where his production is tied directly to Ja’Marr Chase — which could actually help my opponent. Even though Burrow projects well, the correlation risk is real since Chase is likely is biggest go to target and scoring would favor the receiver.
Sites recommend Josh Allen. Independent scoring, safer floor, and no boost to one of my opponent’s biggest scoring threats.
Thoughts?
Appreciate it!
