What type of feedback do you think these guys who are entering the transfer portal are getting from the incoming coaches? Most of the ones transferring are on the offensive side.
I imagine that most of them are being told that their post season evaluation was mediocre or worse. Don’t expect much playing time next year.

Same shite I hear every time I’m fired.
I should really start my “open to work” LinkedIn posts with a I’ll be taking my talents elsewhere message.

No one really knows, but some have to be NIL negotiations gone bad. I’d imagine as bad as our oline was this year, Lane didn’t want to pay what they were getting or give them pay increases and combine that with new head coach, oline coach, and new recruiting coordinator, and it’s not too surprising.

After much prayer and conversations with those closest to me, I have made the difficult decision to end my time at (insert company) and move my talents to a different location. My time here was incredible, it was a dream come true, and I am truly grateful for all my coworkers with their tireless support of my dreams. To my spouse, my childrens, my parents - wouldn’t be here if not for you. Your belief in me, even when I doubted myself, is what drove me to be the best I could be and has allowed doors to open to new opportunities. And I have to thank (boss’ name here), without whom I would still be that new college graduate without direction in life, trying to punch the right buttons on the coffee maker. I will miss all my people here, but I’m a (company name) for life!
