It's a fun read, with recipes, with the ads from the magazine pages.
It makes me want to cook and it gives me sadness from the days I'd wave at Paul Prudhomme driving down Chartres to his restaurant. He always looked so pleased to be going to work.

Great read and great recipes. I also miss Paul hanging outside his place greeting everyone.
