Normally I’d agree but what does someone like Mansoor Delane have to play for. The Texas Bowl Brisket MVP Trophy?

I haven’t seen one either. But on the subject of bowl game opt-outs, I strongly believe that if a player who is receiving NIL compensation decides to opt-out, they should be penalized in some way and not receive the full amount of their compensation.
