Census designations needs to change

If you look at demographic information for cities like Hamtramck and Dearborn Michigan you see the following information:

That sure is a lot of white people 5 miles outside of Detroit, but hold up here is a footnote to the 2020 census data: The racial makeup of Hamtramck is 55% White (people of European, Middle Eastern and North African descent)

Here is the breakdown of the 85% white people living in Dearborn (7 miles out of Detroit)
