Honda 420 Issues

I've got a 2014 Honda 420 that's not shifting properly. Wont shift at all in auto. Wont shift above 3rd manually. I've replaced the angle sensor, Shift motor, ecu & front cv axels. I brought it to a guy to look at the internals. I'm at my wits end with it. Any suggestions before I light it on fire? Should I sell it?
