I stumbled upon this show the other day and it was really good. I am surprised I have never even heard of it before.
Tommy Thompson was very smart and able to find 150 year old ship wreck with 6 tons of gold on it. Absolutely incredible.
I suggest it if you need to kill a few hours.

I watched the first episode and some of the second.
Crazy that people would invest that much money into an expedition that has such a small chance for success. But I guess the investors were super rich and could afford the risk.
The technical nerds seem like cool dudes.
