Recommendation for Outdoor Cooking Station - 2 - 4 burners

I like the idea of having a Blackstone, but I want more than just a griddle. I'd like to have 2 - 4 high powered burners that I can use for various reasons, such as cooking a bit pot of jambalaya (9 quart), gumbo, fried rice on the wok...but I also want an option of being able to put a griddle on top of the burners and use it like that for burgers, steaks, and things like that. I also want something that is pretty solid that can be left outside with a cover and not get blown all around in the wind.

I've found something that seems to fit what I need, but it seems like it's not meant as a permanent fixture in the yard and is lightweight. Does anyone have experience with these and can recommend this or something else?

get a Carolina Cooker two or three burner stove and just put it on top of the griddle surface or on a tabletop. They are cheap and well made

Those do look nice. I don't have a surface I could put it on currently. Any ideas for an easy diy surface that I can leave outside?

mines under a carport on a wood counter i put one of those fiber fireproof things underneath it. But they are so lightweight you could just move in and out and use when needed. It will sit just fine on any table or even a pair of sawhorses and some boards. I’ve also just set it on my truck tailgate on a small piece of plywood

I could just do a stainless steel table too.

But it looks like the carolina cooker burners only put out about 15,000 BTUs. I was hoping for something higher I guess, since that's about the same as what I get on my indoor range.

ETA: I just looked up the blackstone and its burners are 15K BTUs too. So maybe I'd be good? I just like having the option of really cranking the heat for something like a Wok or boiling a big pot of liquid.

15K BTU is plenty for cooking and frying. When I want to boil in a big pot I drag out the banjo burner

Costco usually has this Camp Chef 3 burner setup available online and in warehouse during the warmer months. It seems to go on sale in warehouse later in the summer. Sturdy, lots of btu power, and plenty of accessories.
