Cooking Prime Sirloin Steaks

We’re camping and I can grill them on a small pit or cook them on my griddle that I use for breakfast. It can get very hot. What would you do?

Can’t go wrong with either. I think I’d prefer a pit but griddle prolly an easier setup.
