Electric Go Kart or ATV for 8 year old??

Looking to get my 8 year old an electric go kart or ATV for Christmas. Needs to be electric because the place we go often visit requires electric vehicles around the lakes. Wish that wasn’t the case, but it is what it is. Any suggestions?

We’ve lived the Taos four wheeler for ours.
It will crap out but the time he hits 12. That’s about perfect timing.
