How the hell do you cancel your subscription? Can you only do it the day your subscription actually is expiring?

Of course there’s literally no one to reach out to for help.

Log in to your LSU Gold account. Click on the drop down arrow in the upper right hand corner. Then click on "My Profile" and then scroll down and click on "Cancel Plan." Once you cancel, I think you will still have access until the subscription date expires. I don't think they give refunds so whatever plan you agreed to when you paid your subscription fee should be how long your access lasts even if you have cancelled it. The "cancel plan" button should keep it from renewing automatically on your expiration date.

Hope this helps, but you can also email them at help@LSU.gold and they will email you back. I was never able to talk to anyone on the phone, but they replied to my email and sent me instructions to resolve the technical issue we were having with viewing the content on LSU Gold. Good luck.

Thanks!

Only problem is I don’t see “cancel plan”

Edit: I found their FAQ page where they show you where to cancel. Problem there is when I click cancel it says it can’t be done and gives an error message. I tried this on a laptop and got the same response.

They are ridiculous for making something this simple so difficult.

Why don't you want to pay your share of the buyout bro?
