got a friend of mine in NYC that owns a gallery that specializes in restoring and framing old movie/concert/event posters for use by decorators and collectors. He and his wife have been working diligently to determine where they are moving to in order to get away from the problems in NYC.
he texted me yesterday that they've decided they aren't waiting any longer, they're moving to S. Florida before the end of the year
