Sorry IAP. Anyone use the Golf Forever program?

I searched and couldn't find anything on it.
I've been looking at the Golf Forever program. about 450 in to get the full start up gear and a year membership to the app. As I get older (47 now), my back is getting worse and worse and I am losing power overall. A program that focuses on stretching and some resistance training in the right areas seems like a good thing but I haven't met anyone who actually has tried it.
I still play pretty solidly but I would like to get in better shape overall and be more flexible with less pain after a round.

It’s good IMO.
Certainly will keep your torso, legs and back loose if used regularly.

Use it and love it, 12 weeks in and I notice a big difference physically. I do it 4-5 days a week and I can say, even if I don’t hit balls during the week I always feel as if I am game shape so to speak.
Looking forward to adding some weight training to pick up noticeable gains.
