Food stamps are unconstitutional

This was never intended to give congress the authority to dole out food to millions of people.
Am I wrong?

No.
But, there must be enough "sharing" so that the lower class doesn't usurp the higher classes. There are way more of them than the upper classes and if you don't placate them somehow, heads will literally roll.
Or so that's how the upper class liberals actually think.
