Kelly spent $18M to buy talent that didn't form a coherent team for him. Other coaches seem to get their money's worth. Maybe winnig doesn't boil down to coaching but to paying for winning play. How do the winners do it...bonuses for tackles, passes, blocks, etc? Whatever winners do, Kelly either made bad portal pics or never paid enough extra for top performance.

I heard Kelly had a brilliant and innovative NIL plan designed around all you can eat buffets but crawfish price increases blew the whole thing apart
