As a candidate for a bigger job than UVA in general, not necessarily LSU.
Young-ish, has improved UVA record wise every year. P5 experience as an OC (though his wiki leaves me hazy on his play calling responsibilities).
Does he need another good year before making a jump?

Has done a HELL of a job at Virginia when it looked like he was dead meat.

Yeah I hadn’t really kept up that closely with his tenure, just noticed a couple weeks ago that they were winning. And scoring this year.
He’s got Chad Morris’s son as a transfer QB this year.
