Should I deal one of Pickens or egbuka to strengthen my rb room or qbs or since Benson should be back soon I’ll be good and keep the depth for injuries?

YES.
You only have 1 startable RB. I'd try to sell high on Pickens and get a Bucky Irving / Javonte Williams / Cam Skat class RB.
