DEI Businesses Unconstitutional

Good riddance to this BS in my industry of professional engineering consulting for DOTs! Ever since I got into the industry minorities (Chinese, Indian, etc.) or women can start a business with lessor talent and skills and mooch into contracts for major companies to meet mandated DBE goals, have to mentor DBE companies, and I’ve even seen cities/states tell me to team with minority firms with them as prime because they wont give it a big company.

Most of these DBE owners are filthy rich millionaires laughing at us.
