Currently have Kamara and Ollie Gordon on roster.
Would it be a smart move to drop Gordon and pick up K Miller in the event of a Kamara trade (more likely) or injury?
Or leave it as be?

I'd drop Njoku since you probably have a better rostered TE. You should be able to stream a TE for your bye week. Not like TEs are doing much this year anyhow.

I've been starting J. Johnson at TE. He's playable just on volume alone (assuming this week's 3 targets was an anomaly...)

Absolutely drop Njoku. Only reason to keep him is if there is absolutely nothing else at TE available, but you already have one decent one.
