I love Monday Night Football ( doesn't matter the matchup) it’s where you can sit and watch game and not worry about other scores or games-for either Fantasy or betting purposes.

A doubleheader is even better- until you realize the same company put both on at same time. This is the stupidest thing I’ve seen from Disney/ESPN/ABC/NFL, and that’s saying something.

Why???

Should be a 5:30 pm Eastern kick for East Coast game on ABC and a 8:00 pm Eastern for West Coast game on ESPN, would have very little overlap.

quote:

By broadcasting two games at the same time, ESPN and the NFL can appeal to both East Coast and West Coast viewers simultaneously, avoiding later game times that might lead to viewers going to bed early.

So a normal Monday night east coast and west coast aren’t tuning in simultaneously? This is just dumb to have them both on at same time.

100% agree. This is so stupid of the NFL. The NBA has been successful for decades having doubleheaders on Tuesday and Thursday on TNT.
