Nuss doesn’t have it.

Decision making is terrrible. He doesn’t recognize open receivers, throws into coverage. Doesn’t recognize coverages. Fooled easily.

Arm strength is lacking - underthrows deep routes repeatedly.

Accuracy is spotty.

Doesn’t understand where or how to throw to a receiver in one on one situations or where the leveredge is. Deep balls he’s throwing short and inside, exactly where the db can best make a play on the ball. When throwing to our 6’7” tight end he throws line drive instead of putting it up for the player to make a play.

He’s not a winner - when it’s crunch time he presses and forces bas decisions.

Some of these things are coachable but it’s hard to see a fifth year senior suddenly learning them if the staff hasn’t already done it. In particular the throws to Green are so bad you have to think it’s the plan.
