Getting it started.

Match 1 AS through 7 - Bryson is playing well but JT isn’t through 7. Rahm and Hatton scrambling from everywhere

Match 2 EU 3 up through 7 - Europe is making putts, someone wake up Henley and tell him the match started already.

Match 3 EU 4 up through 6 - This is going to be over fast. McElroy and Fleetwood and throwing darts.

Match 4 US up 1 through 4 - they will probably still be playing if this goes to 18 when the afternoon session starts. This has to be a combination of 4 of the slowest pros on tour

I know a guy

Why he's not paired up with Scottie is questionable

No surprise with JT and Collin, they have been playing like crap the last few months.

The Euro's are draining everything, it seems it's like that every Ryder Cup

He played well with Henley in President’s cup

I really don’t understand pairing English and Morikawa. English has trouble finding fairways, I wouldn’t have put him in foursomes at all. And of course as I write this Morikawa hooks it around a tree to knock it tight, and Fleetwood puts it inside 10 feet right after. No way McElroy misses that.

I get putting JT out first with Bryson to try and get things amped up, he’s an emotional guy. The problem is when he plays like this. Deflates the crowd.

No surprise here . Yanks can’t take the pressure of team play. Henley is an embarrassment

Bradley should have been on the team but shouldnt have been made captain.

Henley sucks. He just left a putt 10 feet short. Completely rattled

Henley can't get out of his own way.

Big talent gap between the Euro's and the International Team. Scottie is hitting from 30 yards behind the Euro's every hole Henely tee's off. I don't care how good a ball striker he is, that's a huge disadvantage and it's showing.

I thought his 1st captains pick should definitely have been himself

He isn’t just 30 yards behind, he’s having to hit it out of the rough way too often too

This team doesnt have a chance until they start putting a little bit. Pace and lines are all over the place. Gonna need some Euro mistakes to even claw back a bit.

That is a bit hyperbolic.

Henley sucks….today. He’s honestly the worst player on the course by a large margin so far

English is giving him a run for last atm.

JT definitely wins the hands of granite award for his putting stroke today. He’s not even scaring the hole.
