Lasers and moving out of state

My wife has worked for the state for about 3-4 years and she got a job in Fairhope, I can't see the future but I don't anticipate us moving back to Louisiana.
Does anyone know her options for that money, I tried looking on the Lasers website but I can't seem to find the answer I am looking for.

As far as I know, if she's not vested you can request a payout for her contributions and pay income tax or a request a rollover into a different tax deferred retirement account.
