I was told cheap, but very good, for polarized fishing glasses. Does this board have an opinion?

I have a pair and enjoy them. They are extremely light and didn’t break the bank if they get lost or broken.

I have about 5 pairs and really like them. They are made by the same people who make higher priced Smith sunglasses. And at their price point, usually around $60, it’s not a big loss if you lose them.

The coating wears off quick.
But it’s better than my costas that wore off for 300 dollars.
If y ou want to get crazy, try FinTech Polarislzed for 6 bucks and have them in every glove compartment, boat, bag and closet.

The wife and I each bought a pair on Vacation about a year and a half ago. I wear mine all the time, and the inside of the lens was showing signs of peeling. They did have a warranty, asked me to submit pictures and proof of purchase, and emailed me a voucher code to use for a replacement. I think mine were around $65 or so, and they provided a voucher for up to $90 to use on any pair, it didn't have to be the same exact pair I had before. I liked the style, so I ended up getting those in black instead of the brown I had before.

Thanks everyone. This is for my kid's first "real" pair of fishing glasses, definitely didnt want to spend hundreds, but also want them to be good. I think I have my answer!

I got a pair of Sanofan sunglasses for fishing. Really like the FluidTint. Get lighter and darker depending on conditions. Polarized as well.

I tried a pair after giving up on Costa and wanting something cheap. They were so scratched up that you could hardly see through them pretty quickly. That said, mine get splashed with salt water often and used for cutting grass, etc. Brand new, I really liked them.

Wife and I have been wearing them for years. They last longer than they should for the price. They do hate spray sunscreen.
I go through a pair every year or 2.
