We are going to tailgate for Florida. We won’t know if we can make the game until Saturday morning. What’s the best way to get tickets the day of? I haven’t bought tickets like this in years. I wasn’t sure how everything being digital these days affects last minute ticket purchases.

So you can still buy from people holding their fingers up walking around? How does that work with being digital?

They can transfer them digitally to you and/or walk with you to the gate if there are connection issues.
I bought my CWS ticket outside Schwab. Same situation.

All tickets aren’t digital I have both paper and digital tickets. So do others.

All tickets are digital but not all tickets are paper.
Season ticket holders have option to pay extra for hard tickets.

Sorry didn’t properly word it. I’m aware because I am a season ticket holder and I do pay extra for paper and they also send me the digital.

Thanks everyone. I didn’t realize they still have paper tickets. I guess I’ll just see what happens if we’re able to stay for the game.

VanRich, for last minute tickets, you should be monitoring sites like StubHub and SeatGeek the morning of the game.
There are still physical paper tickets available, but they're few and far between these days.
The online ticketing sites will give you a better gauge of what's available, and you might be able to find some last minute deals from sellers trying to offload. Hope that helps!
