Results are in. Oldest daughter drew youth deer on Dewey Wills for Jan 4.
This will be our first time. Looking forward to it. She thought it was cool she won it.

Each of my sons got selected on different weekends on one close to home. We got picked last year too for my oldest, didnt see anything but was a cool experience and they are looking forward to it this year.

My kid won a deer hunt at Pointe Au Cheine. Any one ever been on a hunt there?

Weve gotten picked for Dewey several times. Really nice stands and easy to get to. Just hope you don’t draw the one directly behind the game wardens camp where you can hear them talking and working around the camp all morning like we did last year.

My son got drawn a couple years ago. We saw two does, a coyote, and at least a dozen armadillos. Does never came out of the woods for a good shot. The stand was an open box stand on a steel pipe platform.

Thanks for the information. Hopefully we will see a few deer. I didn’t think that PAC had deer. We’ve only been there crabbing. He got picked for Buckhorn a few years back and that hunt was amazing. We saw 2 massive bucks but couldn’t get a shot on either.
