October is one of the "high season" months to cage dive with Great Whites.

Chefs warehouse Tintswalo - about 20-30 min ride from cape town. Great restaurant on the water in Hout's Bay

The Lawns- great spot for drinks before dinner. up in the hills great view of the mountains over looking camps bay area

Do table mountain early in the morning on a clear day, they close for winds often.

Take a day trip to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek (about 1-1.5 hr drive from cape town) I used Jarat tours for a private driver, was a great time. Plenty great vineyards to choose from. we ate at Le Petite Colombe in Franschhoek and it was great.

The Codfather. Great local seafood and sushi restaurant. Right off the beach.

second Jarat tours

We loved Bovine restaurant. Steak prices are half of what they are in the USA.

Kirstenbosch was awesome too. I feel this gets overlooked often. But if you have time, it is gorgeous.
