10 team startup Dynasty League tips

I have always done redraft leagues but this year I got ask to be in a 10 team startup dynasty league. 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te 3 flex and 1 super flex.
I know QB’s are gonna be a premium early. I’m going in just treating it as a redraft but any tips for the later rounds or just any tips at all???

10 teams should be easy to get a decent QB. Make sure one of them is on the younger side.
Prioritize WRs over RBs with that many flex spots

Pay attention to player age and future potential.
Since it's a dynasty, you need to take into consideration that you are not redrafting after this. Don't get stuck in year 3 with an entire roster of over the hill and/or retiring players.
You do have rookie drafts every year, but a year or two of below average drafts and you're cooked.
Get your QBs earlier than redraft leagues. With the superflex, that takes 20 starters off the board, plus backups for 10 teams. If you wait too long, you'll get stuck with bottom tier QBs and even potentially non starters.
