I got scammed by a buyer

A guy answered my season ticket for sale said he wanted to buy my tickets and said he put money into my Venmo account. I then get an email from Venmo ( turns out was not from Venmo) saying since wasn’t a business account and said I had to call their support. Long story short it was a scam to get me to give them all sorts of info. So beware of fake buyers as well as fake sellers.
