I see high school coaches staying loyal to Lsu and state colleges. I see hs coaches here steering their kids to stay in- state to play for the Mcneese's, North Western State, La Tech, ULL, Grambing, Southern, Nichols State, ULM, SLU, and others, intead of letting them go play for an out-of-state college. I hear of Miles talking with other college coaches to take kids he can't take because of numbers. I think that is how states are suppose to do.
