Baseball question about the roster sizes

I know this is probably a dumb question but next year with the roster size decreasing will that include redshirts?

I'm not sure about it myself, but Google says that redshirts do occupy roster spots.

I’m pretty sure roster of 34 has to be set by end of fall so I can possibly see ncaa allowing those that are cut the ability to transfer to play somewhere in spring although most teams might not have room to add anymore
The good thing is all 34 will be on scholarship up from the ridiculous 11.7 rule
The bad thing is you almost have to bring in more then 34 for fall in case you have injuries
