Crawfish Etouffee without Celery

All out of celery. Still tastes good. I made up for it with extra onion and yellow bell pepper. Thanks again y'all for guiding me on my Etouffee journey last year.

I haven’t used celery in my cooking in years, just use onions, couple colored bell peppers, garlic, and seeded Serrano peppers.
