He got a lot of crap early on in the season. We scored 6 runs in the championship series and won the CWS. The pitching and development of pitchers is what got us there. Not meant to take anything away from Jay. But feel like he deserves some appreciation.

I was one that gave him crap…
in the end- he had a bunch that was ready and dominant
Hell- early in the season shores was all over…never knew where the ball was going…now a draft pick that was dominant and feared

Best I’ve seen, and I was at the LSU A&M regional that started it all.
