Inflatable Kayak recs

I've been slowly adding to our camping supplies, and the next trip we're taking is down to Fort Morgan. Part of the activities will be kayaking and snorkeling. I was thinking about grabbing a 2-seat inflatable one so we can deflate it to store it while driving. Any good or bad brands to look for or avoid?

A couple of inflatable paddleboards (and I don’t like inflatable paddleboards) may be easier to get back on after snorkeling. Getting back in an inflatable kayak from the water sounds difficult.

Yeah I get that but the snorkeling part is supposedly separate from the kayaking. There’s an ok civil war shipwreck about 50 yards offshore that is in shallow water. The kayaking will be at a nearby state park when some will be on kayaks and others fishing.

With all the oysters and sharp rocks around Ft Morgan, not to mention the jagged metal, I’d be nervous about an inflatable. Maybe look at a foldable, like an Oru.

Plenty of good backside fishing down near Marina on FM. Easy in easy out
