4 thousand 4 year colleges in America. Federal funding should be on a per capita basis

The Haaavvvard should get no more Federal money per student than Nichols , A&m kingsville, or Western State. Colleges really do not do research but rather teach the fundamentals . Research money that is distributed should be limited to STEM.

Federal money (or our debt) should not be given to any private organization.
