I ordered the latest Rick Atkinson on the Revolutionary War two months early on Amazon for $27.20. The book gets released and Amazon says
my shipment is delayed for four days. Then the Fighting Bezos says my order is cancelled but I can reorder for .......$37.00.
Knowing Jeff needs the money it warmed by heart to help him.

Reach out to their customer service. It’s better to talk to someone on the phone, but chat may work too.
