Is there any such thing ??? If not why and if so how come they dont run interference when the democrats have power ??? Or are the the republicans just spineless cowards?? This is my belief.

I think so-called "right" judges are mostly just judges that follow the law.
Even if they are Democrats they will be viewed as right by simply following the law and not engaging in judicial activism.
