Opie,
I really like your restaurant and will come there often, but here is some unsolicited constructive criticism: The TKO Chicken tastes good, but is quite tough and seems overcooked, the fried pickles are too salty and you could be more generous with the steamed veggie portions.

One of the guys in our lunch bunch said the fried food was too salty for his taste as well. We are planning a trip next week for lunch to gather more data.

Opie,
A buddy of mine picked up a lot of jambalaya from your place for the MTSU game in 07 - some of the best jambalaya I've ever had. I plan on making a visit to your place sometime this month, can't wait to check it out!
