Sushi has about a 5 minute shelf life. I'm not about to pick it up, drive 15 minutes, and then eat it. That shite better still be cold when I eat it.

I would never get sushi as take-out.
Not even so much because of it's shelf life, but because I enjoy the experience of sitting at the sushi bar. To me, that's similar to getting a slice of cheesecake from Copeland's Bistro or a steak to go.
