Have you had Ninja in New Orleans? I had a pretty damn good special crunchy roll there....very spicy and good.
Snowcrab rolls are where I measure goodness....those just happen to be my favorite.
Ibichan's snowcrab roll was basically oozing with mayonnaise and very crunchy asparagus....took away from the great snowcrab.

TTP, I've heard great things of Sushi Bros and Ninja, I need to try them out. I love a great crunchy roll.
