Why is CA state government in shambles and Florida state government exemplary?

Simple.
California values woke garbage. You get better press and more people celebrate you as a government official if you are supporting the latest trans disabled illegal immigrant cause. That's why they dont see an issue with cutting funding from fire protection and giving it to liberal causes.
Florida values getting shite done. You get voted out of office for the woke crap. You have got to have it together or you lose your job.
