Looking to smoke a prime rib roast for New Years on the Traeger. Where in Baton Rouge is the best value buy? Where in BR will be best quality regardless of price?

Chairman's Reserve from Rouses is really good beef. Other than that, you can get Choice or Prime at Costco.
