I finally got around to contacting them to get another latch for my bait station which broke and a new little pop up button piece that goes inside my big conservation net.
The promptly contacted me and send me free of charge a new set of latches and a brand new landing net (140 bucks new).
I was really happy with just the latches. Anyway, reminds me of the days when they used to replace rods free when they broke etc.

Compared to Engel, who told me to pound sand when my bait box developed an internal leak and now holds water in the insulation.

Great that was one of my Christmas presents this year, the academy one works fine but the hinges broke and they told me don't have any parts
