Of course, since you want to take shots at J Lee, you will probably forget the bomb he threw against Bama that C. Mitchell completely dropped.

Does that one drop equal those four picks?

No..but my point illustrates that JL bounced back in the middle part of that game and put us in a decent position.

It is tough to blame everything on one person.

I mean it's not like D Byrd didn't have like three chances to catch the first pick.

No, but training harder and getting better will cut down on those. I don't think there's any disagreement that he needs to improve but I also think LSU can't lose him.

He deserves the coaches' investment as a back-up for now.

Would you rather win with four interceptions or lose?

Since the TD catch would have won the game for us, I'll go ahead and say it would have outweighed the picks.

Yes, Lee made a lot of mistakes in that game, any one of which could easily have made the difference in a game that went into OT. But a lot of other Tigers made mistakes, too, and avoiding any one of those mistakes would probably have won the game for us, too.

And blaming him alone for a Georgia game where our defense had their asses handed to them in every part of the game (to the tune of 5 TD drives and a FG drive, all over 60 yards), that's just laughable.
