Saints management is still cashing checks from events long ago...

...and the folks who had a lot to do with those events are long gone. Yes, the Saints got Brees, Payton made some genius draft picks with Colston, Evans, Nicks , Graham and many others. But a lot of the scouts and other folks that had a lot do with those actions left long ago for promotions to other teams and all that is left is the folks like Loomis still taking credit as if he were the only one in the room.

The Saints will not turn around until Loomis is gone. Loomis is there as long as Lauscha is. Lauscha is going nowhere as long as he keeps getting stuff named after Gayle. She is a dilettante business wise and Lauscha has parlayed that into a house bigger than hers.
