The second episode ( and the first sort of) was back along the lines of the first two seasons....which is perfect.
Two great eps, still. Scrubs can do no wrong in my eyes...its just one of those sincerely enjoyable shows, whether they goof off (which they have overdone in the past) or dig at the deeper, solemn issues.

There's talk about the Second Epiosde Tuesday night is getting an Emmy for that episode. The ratings were solid especially in the demographic 18-65. They also said that with a better lead in before Scrubs, they would attract more viewers. Because Homeland Security is the total opposite from Scrubs.
