Any one know of any LSU bars in Bar Harbor to watch Ole Miss game

LSU bar? No. You'd be lucky to find a sports bar. I'd shoot for somewhere that has a TV and is willing to put it on for you. You'll be competing with Ohio State/Oregon so good luck.
Worst case just bring your phone/iPad and fire up watch ESPN app. At least these days we have that as a fall back option.. but no you're not gonna find a watch party type atmosphere in New England outside of Boston (Causeway Restaurant) or NYC (Legends).

Dog & Pony Tavern is a really good sports bar. Definitely not a LSU bar though

People in Bal Harbour could care a less about CFB much less LSU. Head up the road a little to FLL and watch it at El Camino on Las Olas
