Where can I find Big beef ribs in New Iberia/Lafayette area?

Rouses has some but are small. I tried them and they were ok. I would like some big Dino type ones to try.

Talk to the butcher at Superone on Bonin & Ambassador. The had Dino ribs in cryovac. You can buy a pack with 2 3 bone racks or they'll sell you just one.

Make sure you get plate ribs (they have 3 bones). If you ask for beef ribs you may get chuck ribs (4 bones). The are fine, but not quite as good.
Most butchers can get it, but you may have to order it a few days before.
