They are going to do just that if they can’t talk him into stepping down. They need Joe to stay in office until they get a feel on how Kamala will poll against Trump. If they think they can pull of the cheat again with here in office then they will make Joe step down where she will run as the incumbent and have all the power of the presidents office going into the election.
