Light weight training for a senior golfer

I am trying to get some strength back.
Starting with 15 pound dumbbells.
Curls, triceps. Rows.Any suggestions for simple strength training exercises for a senior golfer? Pushups? Planks?
I also do some unweighted squats and one leg balancing.
I am also working on stretching thorax and legs. I do a dynamic stretching routine with leg kicks and hip rotations before I play.
Do you do different lifts each day? Before or after you play?

Bench and Military press. Squats Deadlifts. Pull down,
Med Ball throws. Jumps sprints throws. Get up and down from the ground. Swing your driver at home as fast as you can 20 times every day

This is something I came across:
Use 5 lb potato bags, one in each hand.
Start with 5 slow lifts with each hand and gradually increase to 10 lifts.
Once you have this feeling comfortable
Insert potatoes into the bags! ??

Pushups? Planks?
Planks over pushups. Strengthen your back and you'll help avoid injuries.

Resistance bands are the way to go.
I use the peloton app but you can find free workouts on YouTube. I also use the stretching routines and alternate each day with bands. Getting away from weight training has cut my injuries down dramatically.
